well the guy looks pritty old, why the hell doesent he sell all of it, and retire because you cant use $ when your dead!

He's not retiring, though. He's still the CEO of sales.
Though, cashing ALL of his stock and getting $10 billion is most definitely an option (heck, even I could live off of that much by the time I hit my 40's
).
