JT Excellerator--<del>****</del>ty Spyder knock-off marker that was plagued by problems. Mike left JT and the factory high and dry.
DragunFly--<del>****</del>ty Autococker knockoff that never worked right--plagued by problems. He was eventually sued by WGP for making such and obvious and faulty knock-off.
Pulse--Designed and produced the Pulse, while telling DXS that it did not infringe in any way. The Pulse infringed on drivecone patents, KEE's RF patents, and KEE even launched a trade dress suit against it because of how similar it looked to the HALO. Again, users left with product that couldn't be fixed and had no support.
Torque--Knocked off the Magna drive system. Sold a few, and then closed up shop. Again, users were left with a busted product and nobody to contact for help or parts.
Zodiac--The barrels that were shipped with the marker infringed on SP's barrel patents.
Vapor--Spurlock ripped off the Luxe patent-pending eye cover design (that KEE now owns). I'm also gonna go out on a limb here and venture that he's ripped off the Luxe engine, and it will likely be shipped with solenoids and boards that were intended for the Zodiac. And they will likely close up shop (or never touch foot in the US) before KEE gets them for the electronic gun, spool, or any other patents that they'll surely borrow.

At this point, as an end-user retail customer, does this track record instill confidence that your nearly $2000 marker will have parts and service readily available in the event that you encounter problems?
There are people that draw inspiration (Ego -> Intimidator) from other designs, and then there are frauds. Quite frankly, the fact that you would defend someone that makes stuff like this:
and then claim that he didn't attempt to knock off this:
absolutely befuddles me.
