10.8 has blown out halo/reloader boards before so I wouldn't go above 9.6

Yes it does.
when I used it with my Cheetah it can slip but before it does it clears the jam, I had to use mine in purple mode, blue/yellow it didn't work as well. But with the Magna it cuts down on jamming A LOT.

so you're just not using magnets or are you using the direct drive. The kit comes with 2 cups 1 for magnets and 1 for no plate, magnet and magnet holder. That 2ed one is the one you need.
It seems to be ok, reballs just jam and jam and jam very badly, for the reason you stated when the Cheetah does it's auto unjam, the clutch slips. I'm still messing with the pattern/plates for the clutch.
I have it at either 3 inside and 3 outside or 4 inside, 3 outside with the star plate, and the soft spring and it feeds paint flawlessly, I tried all magnets with the hard spring and the star plate with reballs, it didn't work too well.
It's a trial and error with the patterns/plates/spring from what I found.
3 inside 3 outside / N plate / soft spring is what I ran last weekend and it was butter all day, worked perfect on PSP ramping.
the outer ring determines how much pressure is on the stack before it slips
the inner ring determines how much constant pressure is on the stack even while slipping
The plates go from softest to hardest
I plate
diamond
triangle
N
Star
There is also a Hard and Soft spring that determines the stack pressure during full wrap and is what causes the plates to slip when the spring pressure is more then what the magnet can hold in place.
That is a VERY good question I am going to add it to my first page!
