Interior is for pussies so we got rid of it. Manly as fck. It literally oozes testosterone. So much so that its puddling up in the back.

Now, I'll be honest. The wheels are a little lackluster, although everyones gunna be so focused on your super gangster drifting that nobody is going to give a f*ck about your sh*tty stock 16s. You like going fast? Ever tried to outrun 24 police cars and 3 helicopters? You need this car. It will go so fcking fast that you may very well go back in time. It happened to me once. Just once, but it was fcking rad. $350 / 1000ft² - Roommate/caretaker for adult baby (Gilpin County)

I'm 30 yr old, male, healthy, clean and polite. I could use a roommate. You'll get your own bedroom with a beautiful mountain view, closet, and your own bathroom right across the hall. Also, half of a shed for storage. We'd share the very large kitchen, dining room, and living room. 15 minutes north of Black Hawk.

I am an adult baby. I function fine as an adult, work, pay bills, communicate with others, etc. At home, I wear diapers, suck on a pacifier, drink from bottles, wear footies, onsies, etc. What I'm looking for is someone that is either into the same sort of thing, or would help with some diaper changes. Either way, you at the very least must be perfectly accepting of my lifestyle.

Also, I work nights, and require quiet hours from 5am to 3pm. I will respect your hours as well. I get the main parking spot, you'll get your own, too. I will pay all the utilities, including internet. If you want more than wireless, you'll have to pay for it yourself. Also cable. If you want cable, you have to buy it. I have netflix and hulu, and I'll share my accounts. This is a month to month basis, so you can leave whenever you want. Likewise, if we clash as roommates, I will give you fair warning to leave, a couple weeks or so. I get along with most everyone, so if you show respect and keep a clean house, we'll have no problems at all. That is to say clean up after yourself, not after me. I'm not anally clean, just clean. I don't drink or smoke or do drugs. If you smoke, it's outside. Drugs and alcohol I'm not entirely against, but you know, it's all in how it's consumed. Recreational and occasional is fine, but if you're drunk and high all the time, you get the idea. Just please tell me if you have these habits. Oh, and I like to cook, and I like to share, so you'll get great healthy meals out of this too! No extra charge! And I have a PS3! How could this get any better?

I work 4 nights a week, and go to Denver most weekends, so I imagine you'd get the place to yourself most of the time! The room can be furnished or unfurnished. Let me know what you need. It's beautiful up here. Clean air, quiet, mountain view, wildlife. The only downside is it's 45 minutes from the city!

So, that's the deal. Get super cheap rent for your own bedroom and bathroom, and live with an adult baby and change his diapers. I should mention this is not a sexual thing. I have a girlfriend. If you are really interested in being a caretaker for an adult baby, rent could be even cheaper!
