Paintball Ruptures Woman's Breast

I'm thinking it was a shoddy implant or that its life expectancy had been reached:

Though, if she was 26 she must have got them pretty young on the last point. I believe one counts on 10 years per breast augmentation; however, that has more to do with fighting gravity than the sack quality.

To confirm what has been said, Hugo Domingues, Lisbon Benfica player has assaulted a Polish Referee in the referee zone, and might’ve broken his nose.

Despite this attitude that GRIP saw in loco, when the time is right further information with all details will be made available.

*To protect our customers and staff from further deliberate and malicious assaults by player Domingues, the Millennium Series has decided to ban him for 8 years from all tournaments, starting in calendar year 2013.
For 8 years he will not be allowed onto tournament grounds in any capacity, not as player, not as spectator nor as staff of a vendor. After 5 years, player Domingues may appeal for review of his case. The Millennium Series will also inform EPBF to take appropriate action.
German law enforcement agencies are investigating the case as well and the Millennium Series will fully cooperate with them.

Roberto Olhao:
Hugo was leaving the field and was out of the four lines to go along with his colleague Sven where they spoke out as the net, and a referee applies 1por1 by talking on the pitch. Hugo asks why and the referee turns his back, Hugo asks again and again is ignored, so the Hugo pulls the jersey without any violence to try to talk to the referee and this cut him off and says that the card is ejected. Hugo wait until the end of the game and meet at the table to talk to referees referee where the mind and says that Hugo had pulled him by the throat and threatened. Several people saw and testified, saying the referee was lying, the referee after a while he admitted the truth, but still decide that the Hugo and expelled. Hugo asks the referee finds that the cast is right what he did, where it responds in a tone of joy: **** happens, place that part of Hugo for aggression.

Roberto Olhao:
‎Social Paintball,

I know that was not the right attitude, one more fix it gave him a punch, but not broke his nose. The two acted improperly, I think only that the penalty was too heavy for a person to practice the sport you love and pay to play, making all possible efforts to participate in a competition as prestigious as nothing cheap in terms of travel and for all stays. In the end two people with less own behavior but only one suffers consequences.

We love our sport, we should not spoil but also we should not be deprived from participating in it...

no video. it was during and after the game vs. ramstein instinct. rumor has it that the ref is a lawyer...

TLDR:

Ref's a prick, player gets angry and punches him, and ref's day job is rumoured to be a lawyer so the Millenium league comes down hard on said player.

Good. Sucks for the guy, but you're responsible until you're in the safety area. Had it happened there.......completely different.

Sorry, son, but paintball is a contact sport

Lesson one from Houston v. Freese: Never remove your face mask in a paintball game.

Lesson two: If you do, and get hit in the eye, don't try to sue the shooter for mere negligence because the court has found paintball is a contact sport.

Tuesday's ruling from the state Court of Appeals upheld the dismissal of a suit brought by one teen against another over a shot that detached the plaintiff's retina during a paintball fight in 2008. The court held that because of the contact nature of the sport, the injured player would have to show his friend acted recklessly to prove a claim.

"Similar to dodge ball, a snowball fight, or a water balloon fight, the purpose of paintball is to physically strike opponents. It would be absurd to hold cheerleading is a contact sport but paintball is not," the court wrote. " We conclude paintball involves 'physical contact between persons.'"

Jett Houston was playing paintball at his friend's house one sweaty July day when he saw his teammates remove their masks. His friend Alex Freese was the lone player active on the opposing team and was surrounded. Houston thought he had heard someone call time out and stood up from behind a bunker with his mask off.

Freese didn't see anyone with a mask off or hear a time out call. When he saw Houston emerge he fired two quick shots from behind another bunker about 40 yards away. One hit Houston in the eye. Houston sued Freese and the family at whose home the paintball battle took place.

All the players had been instructed to never remove their face masks on the playing field, but some apparently did at times to wipe away sweat, according to the opinion.

Valken Sports was founded just over 3 years ago, headquartered in Swedesboro, New Jersey. We at Valken, are the same guys who created most of the paintball technologies we take for granted these days. We're the pioneers behind your electronic loaders and battery powered markers.
