Event Name: Summer Sizzle!
Location: KalNet Tactical Paintball Proving Grounds

Date & Time: Sunday August 7th, 2011 11:00am

Description: Keep the summer action rolling as we expect potentially over 20 people to this event. We have a fridge to keep drinks cold, and plenty of snacks. (bring your own to be safe)
Staging is now inside to escape the sun's harmful blast, and we should have a staging area shield and bench to make things safer and more comfortable.

Are there any extra markers available for rent? I think Heather would like to come along this time.

Also, I like the staging area shield part. I got a bit nervous when some people were using hot guns by the tractor.

I'll clean and reassemble them all, but I'm not sure if we'll be short on tanks and/or masks. I have plenty of markers and hoppers, though.

Last count I have 3 or 4 masks, 6 or 7 markers with hoppers, but I think only around 3 tanks.

I'll take inventory with Homey B and if we need more I'll just pick some up.

Jodi and I will not be here so Heather can use her Tango One.
My gun is also up for grabs as well, If people prefer I have the full size hopper you can tag onto my gun in place of the tac cap.

Jon said he will handle the fills until I get back around 2 or 3 in the afternoon.

I think 2 of your guns are up and running, we do have plenty of air tanks though.
I think most of the issues with the other guns bad O-Rings.

Right now the list is as follows:

Everyone just pays for the air they use at the standard rate.
Everyone pays for the balls at the standard rate or they can share with who brought them buy their own box whatever is cool.

Now that we are getting so many new people, do you all think it would be worth it for me to stock a few extra boxes of paint to keep on hand?

Also I would like to remind all of you who bring new people to please reminded them that this is NOT a range.
That this is a working farm that you play at and that they are expected to manage there own safety more then they would at a range.
There are sharp edges on the machines and some random stuff around. Look before you leap and if it looks painful it most likely is.
If they have a Question about something, or some area ASK!

Attached to that warning; now that we are getting some many new people, in the spring I am going to have another clean up day, but this time we really do have to move everything that should not be there.
When it was just us it was ok, but now I worry that someone who is not familiar with farm equipment might hurt themselves without realizing it was dangerous.

I also have an extra gun that someone could use for $5 if they wanted (might be a better alternative to the viewloader or the chopper).
