Applying GNU to the BSD kernel so that Linux binaries can run. Couple projects have done this.

To install nvidia drivers:
"If you are using FreeBSD versions newer than 5.x, you will need to make sure that the 'compat5x' package is installed."
This is from the 32bit version readme--no idea about the 64bit.
