On-live allows you to forget about system requirements. All the rendering is done on the server and you simply play the game. Might have huge implications for the Linux crowd. I know Homey B pays a yearly subscription for Cedega. Why pay for that code when you can simply pay to play every game without issue? They're only probably is the most obvious--lag.

not to mention badwidth limitations. I can imagine anyone on say rogers being screwed. Streaming a game over the internet would chew through bandwidth pretty quick.

That and always requiring an internet connection to play. Interesting idea but definately requires you to be anchored to a net connection
