Due to the change in its feedback system and rate changes, there has been a massive boycott against eBay:

......and Paypal just got even cr@ppier:

Next month, eBay intends to implement a controversial new policy that will entail holding payments sent through PayPal for up to 21 days for certain "high-risk transactions."

And fees might be going up. Anybody have a guide on how to cancel your Paypal account?

on the paypal subject... i might just be forced to stop trading internationally because of it.
The have charged me for accepting a refund from both a private account (as the seller backed out) and a business account that was refunding a DOA mobo

not to mention the fact they give really sh!tty exchange rates... I have a feeling my paypal account is going to go the way of Windows... down the toilet as soon as I am done buying parts this year.
