dont rock the boat.
We already spend far too much on 'sensitivity' and 'cultural diversity'. Stop pissing with the system. The muslims already have their own schools and seem to be content with that
seriously stop screwing around with tradition

Fark that. Either fund 'em or fund none. If we're gonna be a society that goes on about all this personal rights bull$hit, they can at least be consistent.
I'm happy with either the Conservative or NDP approach to this.
I somehow felt dirty saying that last bit

Fuck that, school is for learning the true facts. Not going to step on any toes but there is no religion out there that is 100% true and not full of holes.
I say religion should stay out of schools all together, but if you want to brain wash your kids on the topic, Pay for it out of your own damn money. Why the hell should i have to pay for it!
My money can be spent on better things like beer and drugs and hookers!

I don't think Any religious based schools should get public funding. It pisses me off that Catholic boards get public tax money. That money could be better spent being dumped back into the public system, rather than being pissed away on teaching the same basic cirriculum but with the bible class added in.
Public Schools. Public Funding. No religious bullshit mixed in. The separation of church and state happened for a reason.

So am I the only one who remembers having to pray and learn the pledge of allegiance in public schools. The separation of church and state occured, but that doesnt mean that all religion is out of school...
Although maybe being at Cornwallis base in NS made that much of a difference...

The way I see it, is if I'm going to pay school taxes anyways, I'd like some of that to go to the school I'm gonna send my kids to. Even if it's a Christian school. Otherwise, all the people who are using private schools are paying to educate people in the public system, but getting no benefit.

Personally the goat school sounds great. The Christians get all the love and money, maybe the animals should to!!!
