Using radio frequencies to burn salt water:

My question is how powerful are the radio frequencies? If this takes more power than current petrol methods or electrolysis, it may be a lost cause.

I love genetics. Biosafety labs should definitely be careful, but we are only human and mistakes happen. However, they should be able to track their diseases and not lose them. And even though they may be dangerous, it is still highly unlikely to catch one of them from the "wild".

Chimerisism is actually a genetic term, when a person has more than one "person's normal amount of DNA". It sounds strange, but since all of a human's cells tend to grow from one egg and sperm, all the cells should be the same throughout the whole body, but then modern medicine intervenes. Transplants and mutations both can cause a person to have different DNA make-ups. Definitely cool, and handy if you wish to lead a life of crime...:P
