Nik had some roman candles and on Victoria Day of the first year we lived in the apartment, Nik and I thought it would be a great idea to fire them off the balcony and onto Adelaide St, at 3 in the morning. So THOOM THOOM THOOM THOOM! over Adelaide these suckers went, SUPER loud, bouncing off the road, all the while a huge shower of sparks rained down off the balcony. As soon as it finished we hear some old guy shouting at us and me and Nik retreat into the apartment to laugh ourselves silly. Almost immediatly a cop drives by on Adelaide. Good times
