JLA without Batman? I call shens on that! You just cant do that. Batman gives the JLA its grounding in the real world. He's the only one without superhuman powers. WIthout Batman, the JLA just doesnt work.

Questionnable.
He also possesses superhuman levels of strength, speed, endurance and durability, all by-products of his body being adapted to survive unprotected in the tremendous pressures of the ocean depths.
Not exactly induced by radiation, but he ain't your average Joe.

Though, the cartoon does paint him pretty well which is a hard task to do.
