Looking for a cheep coputer for gf

hey, I'm looking for a computer that is relay cheep and not to bad. Relay only gonna be used for e-mail and chatting online. PIII 550 and up would be great. Looking not to spend more then $150 for it. Any help on parts or total systems would be great. Thax everyone.
