Yes, it exists.
Its currently in production using the Same engine as Battle for Middle Earth II. Its set in the Tiberian Universe, and its previewed in the newest PC Gamer. Dear god it looks pretty. I might upload pictures if I get more adventerous, but I doubt it.
I WANT IT NOW!

I've played the demo a fair bit. Its promising...
Can be a system hog though... But I need to upgrade anyways.
More reviews on the fly as I get a hold of an actual copy of the game.

I enjoyed the demo too...although I think the terrain/buildings could still be more detailed. Looks like they've got some pretty good actors lined up as well.
Only problem is that it crashed my machine twice, but I think my hard drive is dying.

Im pretty sure the machine crashing is just the HD dying...
I never had any issues with it crashing. I also cant run it that detailed, what with only a 9800 Pro.
