how do i upload a video clip?

hey bob,
I have a video compliation that I made for a presentation that I did. I'm quite proud of it and wondered if I could upload it.
if so, how do i do that?
oh ya its like 150 megs cuz i needed it to be good quality (even though its only a minute and a half)

The download section would be best, but it is not open for the moment. Let me look into that.

Ok, you can upload your file. In fact, anyone can upload a file right now. Just place it in the Free For All section. At the moment anyone in the world could upload, tomorow morning this folder will be moved to the Private area.
I will move files from this folder to other section as required. Free Free to upload.
Also there is an upload limit of 1Gig.
Let me know if any of your files time out.

still cant upload anything... the file uploads (i think) and then does not show up on the list of files

Yeah, that happened with my anti-virus program. Click the button to show all and then you'll see it.

download section is still not working for me returing the following error
