I thought I had already touched on this, but I guess not. It's a program that blocks people from getting your ip when downloading stuff. It also blocks out false seeders like HBO:

I use it and it works great. I do, however, turn off HTTP blocking. Yes, that would save me from some spyware, but I find the program a little over-zealous in its HTTP protection.
