So what does everyone use? I have used the Norton Firewall that came with the Internet Securities Package, But it like most Norton products is overly bloated.
Any suggestions for a better replacement?

I use nothing. My router is sufficient.

I find them handy because you can stop programs from accessing the Internet. Useful if say your Key-Gen is trying to talk to a remote server... might be more then it appears. Your router will more likely not block this as it originated from a trusted zone.

-Zone Alarm
-Windows XP built-in
-not really a firewall, but PeerGuardian (blocks people from seeing your IP........handy for downloading)

Free firewalls:
Zone Alarm (I think it's junk)

8signs

Tiny Personal (I've heard that it's good, but never used it)

Jetico

I, personally, use Keiro but they're discontinuing their product next year. I'll probably try out Tiny after that.
EDIT:
Sygate isn't bad either. They're good enough that Norton bought them out to kill a competitor, anywyas.
