Actually, I think Thumperup posted it before me, but I had used it for my thesis presentation before that.


Discovery did a mini-doc on how the commercial was made. It was pretty cool. Apparently, the city is based off of one in British Columbia.

Actually, now that I think about it some more, it was for my business writing, speaking, and presenting class............whatever the devil it was called. I think there's a copy of the thing here on Kalnet. Lemme check.

Nope, I don't have a copy of that here. I've only got my thesis presentation. I'd upload it, but it's just a presentation on internal combustion engines.......so I don't think anyone here would be remotely interested.

Oh, and sorry for the double post, things travel the internet too quickly for old people like me, these days. It is interesting to note, though, that this isn't the only commercial with a fully CGed car. It's starting to get cheaper just to model and light 3D cars instead of light and film real ones. I had to model a car, once in second year. I got a good mark and an "awesome" from the teacher, despite the fact that it looked like a Mustang Shelby had been attacked by a chainsaw. In my opinion anyway.

Ah, h3ll..........I'll just upload it when I get home.

Best played with sound and either the Rotary or Radial engine animation needs to be started (bug where it doesn't want to play).

I also think you need to copy the folder to C:\ I think all the animation code is set to play from C:\Diesel
