I would take ANY of these over my 56K at home:
DS0 64kbps
T1, DS-1 1.544Mbps
E1, DS-1 2.048Mbps
E2 8.448Mbps
E3 34.368Mbps
T3, DS-3 44.736Mbps
OC-1, STS1 51.840Mbps
Fast Ethernet 100.000Mbps (granted, not really internet)
OC-3, STS3 155.520Mbps

OC-48 2.488Gbps
OC-96 4.976Gbps
OC-192 10Gbps
OC-255 13.21Gbps
Though, the last one would be kinda nice

It should be noted that due to a recent CRTC ruling the independent ISPs such as Teksavvy and Acanac now have access to the higher speeds offered by Bell and Rogers on DSL and Cable respectively. They're just starting to roll them out in the coming weeks and the new speeds available on DSL from Teksavvy at least look like this:
DSL (download/upload in Mbit)
5/0.8
12/1
25/7
Now the last one looks great but it requires that you're in range of a VDSL2 remote, which is only in the urban areas right now. The two lower tiers just require that you're close to a CO.
Personally I'm using the Teksavvy 15/1 Mbit unlimited cable package and I couldn't be happier. Its blazing fast, uncapped, unthrottled and I highly recommend it.

Are you sure about this? I was under the impression that the current speeds weren't going to change. That being said, if I can get 25mbit DSL from TekSavvy I'm sure as hell upgrading.

I had a great link detailing the changes but I can't seem to find it. Either way the new prices and speeds are up on Teksavvy's site:
