Star Trek is dead! She may have drifed off course a little for the last few years but she brought much joy to me over the years. She was like a good friend to me. I'm gonna miss you Star Trek.

First of all, TOS came out in 1966
and secondly, I don't think for 1 second that Star Trek is dead. There will be more movies, at least 1 for sure. There's no way Braga will let it die so easy.

i thought it was going to be dead for like 10 years then make a big come back or something like that..
and I am very sad..
Just becuase enterprise had problems does not mean if they where to make a new ST that it would suck.. I think it had to do with the stories and the fact they did not put it on each week like normal shows
SO sad

I really thought that Enterprise was doing well in the last 2 seasons....I'm sorry to see it go.
I'm also sure there will be another series in a few years.

There will be another show. To much money can be made making these shows. I like all of them. ok the last few seasons of DSN were beginning to push it but there will be more.
I personally would love to see another TNG movie but Data would have to come back some how. Of Voyager.
I know the series ended in such a way that a movie would be difficult but there could be a movie in the delta quadron.
