its nice to see the feds spending there $ on good and important stuff.
They should have just got the police to go in and "stomp" out the problem. Much cheaper.

I'm out of the loop here, but is it squirrels you don't like Ghost, or illegal immigrants?
Either way, I feel that whoever decided to appeal, let alone take this to court in the first place should be fired, or labotomized then fired, in order to prevent further waste of tax dollars. This is why dictatorships are better than democracies. They don't usually waste money on pointless court rulings, and when they do, they seldom lose.

Federal officials realized their mistake and tried to get the squirrel back, even sending police officers to Patterson's home to retrieve the rodent.
Imagine the ribbing those cops got back at the department. I can't imagine being placed on "Squirl Retrieval Duty" would earn you much respect.
