Trading for a dualy?

I know a guy who wants to trade a dualy for a single proc xp
He has a gigabyte dual board with 2400+ mobiles
we were talking about swapping gear
my a7n8x-deluxe and 2500+ (and like 50 bucks)
for his
GA-7DPXDW-P Dual S462 Rev 1.0
dual mobile 2400's. Comes with coolermaster heatsinks for both
What does everyone think?

dont know really... i actually originally only wanted the processors because i have that empty MSI Master-L board staring at me... asking me to give it a job... perhaps i will get some cheap durons or something just so it is doing something
