Ok boys and Girls, here is a good one. I man in Newfoundland has been band by the court from eating salmon after Illegality poaching it. Is this constitutionally valid? The debate ranges on.

Why the hell would I want to buy that piece of crap? The National post is about as reliable as a tabloid and less so in some instances.

As for the debate... I dunno. While he did Poach the Salmon, I dont think the court can ban him from eating it. I mean, if he buys it from a store, thats not poaching. I dont know...
I'd have to read the whole story to make a decision.

I think that basically this will be impossible to enforce, so there's not really much point in the ban.
They would probably be better off to slap him with a jail sentence or a fine.
