Just thought you would appreciate this

It's a custom neon that I thought was kind of cool.

Impressive amount of work done.

However, without any engine mods..........it's just dead weight.

Why would anyone waste money on a neon?

1. They're crap cars
2. That just looks ridiculous
3. They're crap cars
4. RICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is all.

Yeah, the only one I remotely like a little is this one:

Still looks like @$$, but it's got some decent speed specs on it.

Though, I would hope so seeing as it's just a p!mped out go-cart.

"Ricing" Applies to all cheap cars, regardless of where they are made. It may have started that doing it to Hondas or Toyotas or Japanese cars was only rice, but then people started doing it to things like Neons and Sunfires and it spread. The term can no longer be defined by it original guidlines. Thus the english language grows.

How is that discrimination? If anything its less discirmination since the term no longer applies to just crappy asian cars. Now it applies to all crappy cars, be they asian, north american, or european. I would hardly call that discrimination.

OK guys, i honestly don't know why you guys are bickering back and forth, IT"S MY CAR. And i happen to like it, it gives me no problems, it gets me around, and i happen to think it's cute. I'm not really into how fuckin fast a car goes as long at it gets me there. Although my car is farily fast, i've tried to figure out when it would top out, i've got it up to 210 km, that's when i toped out so i guess i'll never know. Personaly i don't think Ghost should be saying anything about how crappy it is because it's a cheep car or not, you once drove an even crappier one. And i'm sure you were happy with driving it. Nathan knows that i want to put a body kit on it and he was just giving me some suggestions so i thank him for it. I honestly don't like this one but that's ok, it was the thought that mattered.

If you'd bothered to read the thread, you would have noticed that we were bickering about the defintion of the term rice

Very true, I did drive a P.O.S. The distinguishing difference is that I treated like a POS and knew it was a POS. I didnt attempt to make it look 'pretty' or 'cute' by putting a body kit on it. This is because I know that no matter how fast a car looks, it makes no difference if its a shitty car, which is what I have against rice rockets. It doesnt matter how many lights you have a car, or how shiny your ridiculous spinning rims are, its still a piece of shit Honda.

Nathan knows that i want to put a body kit on it and he was just giving me some suggestions so i thank him for it. I honestly don't like this one but that's ok, it was the thought that mattered.

Thats very nice of Nate and I dont fault him for being helpful, I just stated my opinion. If you would perhaps read the posts in the thread before responding it might make everyones life a little easier.

Thank you and come again :D

Well thank you ghost for your opionions, but i did read the post other wise i wouldn't have known you guys were bickering about my rice car.

its still a piece of shit Honda.

And it's a Chrystler!!

The distinguishing difference is that I treated like a POS and knew it was a POS.

Once i never said i treated my car like it was gold. And two i wouldn't say it's a peice of shit. You don't have one so you have to right to to make an uneducated desition on whether it is or not a POS. And i don't care what the freckin car books say or you "car educated" friends
