Service pack 2 and Verizon

this has been going on since service pack 2 for XP came out but I just thought I would share it now, also to let our newest Teletech member know
Service pack 2 disables Local area connection and turns on firewalls, disabling our verizon customers to connect to the internet
so we have to write down every person that is effected by this and it's being recorded and monitored by verizon
i'm sure verizon will have quite a bit to say about verizon
on friday I had 6 people wrote down. Now there are like 300 people that work there think of the numbers of people effected by this
just a bit of humor from service pack 2
