bad thing happend when I arrived home today
The fileservers Primary Boot device is not reading.
Thumperup.com may be down for awhile.
I may need to find a new hard drive for it.

I hate it when hard drives die, it's always the worst thing that can happen to a computer.
Atleast it sounds like you didn't loose any data.

no I don't think I lost any important data
only settings I may still be able to slave the drive and hopefully read it enough to pull a few files off

Although my web pages weren't saved so I found a copy of december 2003 saved.

although I lost my Fallen Template I have some info still there
