Here's a site with some decent mods.

Recruitable darkside characters to replace your party members
Less generic sabers
New robes
New Items
A level 40 mod
Long Lightsaber blades
Revan's actual clothing (mask included, I believe, but you can get the robes using the normal cheats)
An armband that allows you to choke anyone in the game that is not your friend (I'm currently playing lightside, so I'll test it later)
A mod to start as a jedi (I think I might have a conflict with the all powers and feats mod, but you can use lightsabers from the beginning of the game, just cheat to get them)
Yoda Gauntlet (changes user into Yoda)
A mod to make all your allies Jedi
Dual coloured blades on double bladed sabers.

Note: if you use the all feats and force powers mod you will get stuck when levelling up your jedi team mates, as they cannot get the Dominate mind ability, and you cannot go on until it is selected. Use the mod once on the PC, and then remove it. It also didn't give me force powers, so you'll have to settle for all feats, until you are a member of the order.

If you use the darkside choker armband make sure that you don't use it in the ebon hawk, at least not too much. You can kill your own party members (droids included).

Also, be careful who you choke, since you can kill off people like Master Zhar, before you finish your Jedi training, and then you're screwed, because the important dialogue cannot be activated.
