I think the MSI board looks really bad.

good old sexy green(remids me of my old 486 board. Agree it dont look that good.But i must say that SOYO one as always looks nice and sexy and i will also have to say that i like tha colour of the Gigaite one.Ok i like the red MSI board but not the green one.

I hate the Soyo board. Looks like ass. The red MSI board looks as sexy as usual. However, I will give Soyo props for adding a molex connector by the AGP port. I can only assume that it is for video cards that require more power from the AGP bus (ie Radeon 9XXX, GFFX). Out of curiousity, which board is the middle one, I cant find any markings on it).

Paul your refering to the AGP Pro slot which does need more power

Ok, thats what I thought from the colouring scheme, but I wasnt sure. I personally dont like the Soyo board's colouring schemes, but thats just me. Either way its better than the standard PCB brown/beige/green/whatever fucking colour that is....

Also, AGP pro slots dont need more power, they supply more, which they get from the mobo itself. If you check Nick's mobo and the first picture, you'll notice that the AGP pro slots dont require a molex connection. I think that there is another purpose for that molex connection. If it is the case and it does require that power for the AGP pro slot then thats just shoddy design by Soyo, since it isnt required.

Only bad thing about them is that they're not very feature-rich yet. Gonna wait for the 2nd or 3rd generation boards personally.

well my geus for that molex connection is for a vid card cooling fan.

I havent really looked alto at the FX but maby it needs more power for that big loud fan.

Just a geus. But hay the more options the better i say.
