I'm pressuming the plant wasn't yours, correct? Cuz then the article seems to be slightly erroneous:

The Thorndale plant is one of only two in Canada. The other is in Quebec.


Unless I'm confused over the meaning of plant, that is.

there are 5, well now 4 in London I believe. They could be talking about only two with certain technology, or owned by one person.

But yeah, I saw that smoke the day it burned down, it was pretty crazy.

Actually they are talking about truss places owned by Universal Forest Products, as stated at the end of the article.

Universal Forest Products, which bought the former Thorndale Roofing Systems four years ago, is based in Grand Rapids, Mi., and has nearly 100 factories.

The Thorndale plant is one of only two in Canada. The other is in Quebec

So...Have you got any extra business from this? The article said local truss places were chipping in to fill orders.
