According to the guy who did it, the only game to have problems was Sonic 2 and only then in the special stage...

He also made the clock speed adjustable back to the original 7.6Mhz...

According to the site it still works fine after being over clocked 57% and removes 80% of the lag in games.
Errors only start occuring at the 76% mark.

Really odd that the game doesn't speed up. Cool.
