Quake 3 OSP bob's server

well that was a fun time.
Gray and I were happily playing and jon boy comes along.
All of a sudden Bob joins too. Great times
For the Record I hate Normal Quake 3, I hope it's switched to RA3 OR theres atleast a tourney in RA3

I enjoyed the game as well. I really like OSP, I think that it is much closer to what Quake 3 was meant to be. That's probably why they play it or somthing similar at quake con.

Ya I know but it is sometimes uneven
Rocket arena you have everything already, no one has a advantage.

as much fun as that was... it was crap.. I hated it... it is just who can get the rocket first ... and then kill everyone who does not have a good weapon...
at least with RA everyone has a shot at it..
mind you i won the first game lol ..

No, it just requires skill with every weapon, not just the rocket. You can easily kill someone who has the rocket launcher with the shaft, or the shotgun, or the plasma gun, you just have to have skill.

That particular game was pretty cool.
We played that every 5 kills you upgraded weapons. So, everyone starts with the gauntlet and at 5 kills we all switch to Machine Gun, and then at 10 Shotgun, and so on. I think we got to Rocket Launcher before the kill limit.
That screen shot is a little dark though.

There is a full rotation of both, we mainly play q3dm6 right now.

The timing of powerup pickups is just as much a skill as railing someone mid-air. To each their own.
