This guy was fired for this post and picture. Seems that M$ purchased a bunch of G5's and didnt like word of that getting out to the public.

Buying G5's...well nobody said that Microsoft was smart.

They are probably testing a new release of Windows for the mac is all.

I agree. M$ is acting like a child on this one. There are no legal reasons for him to be fired. If they wanted to keep this quiet perhaps they should have been more careful about delivery.

how do yo know? he had to probly sign a confidaity waver when he was hierd. Im shure Microsoft doesnt want any other compeditors to get there hands on the stuff there working on.

I say the guy got what he deservers.

People get big charges layed down on them for giving out compay secrets all the time so there probly was a very good Legal reasion to fire his ass.

Confidentiality? Company secrets? Get the stuff they're working on? I could go buy a G5. That's all he showed. Everyone knows that M$ develops for the Mac (see Office). No code or anything was disclosed. Weak argument, guy.

If M$ felt that he should sign a waiver that still doesnt excuse them for being fucktards. If they wanted the G5's they bought to be kept secret, they should have gone to greater lengths to do so.

big deal, he still took the pic for no reasion but to use it agaist Microsoft so ya he diservers what he gets.

There is no other reasion to take that pic. I dont care what you say, who the fuck takes a pic of shit like that in the first place? other then to use it.

How were the pictures "used against Microsoft?" He didn't even make a snide comment about them under the original pic.

You may have a point about the BS thing, though. We'll just have to wait and see what happens. As of now, I don't see any reason to not think it didn't happen. He posted his resume, name, and everything. Go check him out if you think it's BS.
