Spybot/Ad-aware being sued

Hey guys,
again a bit of news that probably most of you are familiar with but if not... recently Gator, WinU and other spyware companies (as well as Kazaa) are banding together to sue Spybot as well as Ad-aware for removing their software from computers.
Since you have to agree to have these installed on your computer, they say that no one has the right to produce and publish programs that remove these nasty little programs....
hard to believe that they are now trying to limit other companies...
(KalBob remember how i was telling you about the boxers suing the other boxers back in first year? same idea the companies are suing {and threatening to sue} individuals for removing this software because 'it restricts Gator's [insert various other spyware companies names] ability to produce revenue from online marketing)
