Title says it all. What rules, games, tourney's, side quests, etc. do you want to show up. One place, 2 place, 3 place, 4? Drinking, non, or don't care? Wanna scrap this computer mumbo-jumbo in favour of board games? Vent it all here.

I would lke to see an organized tourney (game can be chosen later, perhaps Doom 3 instead of Q3) as usual, Doom 3 multiplayer, HL2 assuming its out by then and yes even some WC3 and Q3. Battlefield is stupid at LAN parties since we dont have enough people to actually PLAY the game. Instead we just fuck around with planes and vehicles. That and we dont even play Battlefield, we play Desert Combat which is even more retarded since we all just fuck with the uber-plane.

I think we should have 2 tourney's. HL2 for deathmatch 1 on 1, and WC3 in teams of 2. Plus a side tourney which may or may not fullfill Matt's request for naked women.
I agree with Ghost about the Desert Combat.

Desert Combat is Battlefield and it's better then original
just because you don't like doesn't mean it's not a real game

Desert Combat is unbalanced almost to the point of uselessness. It is fun to play for a while, but it could never be taken seriously as a tournament game, and it tends to get boring. If we are just going to play it for a little while, I have no problem with that.
As for command and conquer, I would love to play a big game of generals. Like 4 on 4 or somthing like that.

We definitely need a clan tourney. 3 vs 3. Pick 3 from your clan you feel are the best for a certain game and then I guess round robin since there's only 3 clans. Non-clan people would of course not be permitted to join this tournament.

I love the idea of a clan tourny, but with the limited number of people... it is impractical. Maybe in WC3 or the like.
BattleFeild Servers will be at the LAN, come Hell or High Water. We just can't play tourny's with it. Not enoght people. Unless we just have 2 teams.... crapy tourny eh? This goes for all of the good team games eg, RTCW, ET, CTF and so on.
If Doom3 and HL2 are out, then of course they will be at the LAN, but not as tournies. Well maybe HL2. This is only because I don't think that all of the people going to the LAN will have the Hardware to run the games! However as soon as the servers come out i will begin work on them. So lets keep the disscution to games that exist at the moment.

Battlefield is tatally balance if you have people that can actually play, Which I saw a very poor showing at the last lan

Yes, battlefield 1942 is very balanced. Desert Combat is not.
