Yeah, here is the breakdown for that gun:

Alpha Black Tactical w/ E-Grip = $208
Cyclone Feed w/ Hopper = $80
20oz Co2 = $30
9oz Co2 = $20
Sling = $15
Rail = $10

Total = $363

So it's still a good deal even for $220. And it sounds like he just had it professionally serviced so it should be in good working order.

allready did lol put a bunch threw a box. Its fun to shoot but I find I like to look down the gun when I fire and with the mask on I cant seem to do that.. kinda bugs me a bit. Am looking into options for that right now.

I don't really understand what you mean. I (and I assume most people) look down the gun while shooting with a mask on. What seems to be in the way?

there is almost no point to actually look down the iron sites gray. You will find the paintball does not go there anyway.

Yeah the red dot and scopes can be accurate but only because they can be sighted in, and even then they're only truly accurate for the range you sighted them in at.

I dont know how to explain it but I find I hold the gun up and tend to look down the sites even if it does nothing. but as soon as the mask is on my head cant get that close to the point i cant really look down it the way I like..I will try and show up for paintball and show u what I mean..

I'm highly doubtful of the use of "iron sights" on a paintball gun unless you've dropped a $h!t tonne on upgrades and tuning. I, personally, also feel that way about optical/laser sights but I have a feeling I'm in the minority on that as everybody seems to be hitting up DealExtreme for one. I digress.

Generally, my rule of thumb is the first shot provides a 1m X 1m box of circular error probable (CEP) at approximately 40m out. Mostly everyone in our group uses a smooth bore so shot accuracy is a bit of a cr@p shoot. This CEP varies slightly depending on range, but my gun didn't earn "the Knuckler" nickname due to its sexual preference. Anyway, peg off the first shot, see where it goes, and adjust accordingly.

Rapidly pulling the trigger to "dial it in" is advised as you've just given away your position and, mostly, people don't suffer from "deer in the headlight" syndrome during a paintball match.

Quite frankly, think of your paintball gun as the love child of an AK-47 and an early settlers musket. Set your expectations accordingly.

Oh, and have fun. If you don't have that, you just wasted your h00ker and blow money. Never a good idea.

The beauty of the red dot is that you sight it in from the range you want it to be most effective and from there the rule of thumb is that the paintballs likely wont hit the red dot exactly but will land within the scopes field of view. When you sight it you make sure this is whats happening.

Of course wind and the gun will affect things but I really liked mine when I played last. Lets you quickly know where your paintballs will land on the first shot rather than correcting after you've given yourself away.
