Yeah, I could see the bands, maybe out about 200m after we moved up a bit. They were small on stage, but we had a good vantage on three big screens, so we could always see something around the people in front of us. (I went with a friend and her dad, bro, and bro's friend. We separated quickly, of course.) Dunno what crappy service you guys got, but we got out pizza in like 30min max (least that's what it seemed like), including getting there and back.
I had paid for reserved parking on Bathurst, so after the show we just had to walk back there and then drive down to the 401. After a wrong turn and slightly slow (but not too bad) traffic, we were off. I got home at 3:30.
Definitely worth it, but I wish I hadn't forgot the sunscreen.

It wasn't a kilometer (maybe close, though......the spots we had were equivalent to the mid to nose bleed sections of a regular concert). If you saw it on tv, we were right by the tractor trailer aisle down the middle, right by the first tv.
Our commuting time would have been cut down significantly had we parked in front of my house, but it being a business day I thought it would be full and we played it safe by taking the GO.
Actually, the latest head count put it at 490 000 people, 40 000 more than originally thought (though, 10 000 less than allotted for). They say the park can hold 1.5 mil ....... that just be friggin' crazy.
I got my money's worth as soon as The Guess Who/BTO played. All the others just added to it. AC/DC was awesome and I really wanted to see the rest of the Stones. Work blew fat horny goat chunks today ........ but it was worth it.
While Mike and ........ just about everyone else got to see them, I missed out on all the free bewbie shots. The only downer to the whole night

Haha I just watched it on tv at home, I saw everything just fine, boobies and all. In the nice air conditioning, the fridge just in the other room and my own crapper instead of a stinky johnny-on-the-spot.

The concert was fucking great!!!
I was about 1/4Km away from the stage (right behind the 2nd fence.) I could see the bands great and i saw a shitload of boobies. I evne saw a beever when some chick jumped up on a truck and took it all off. I was cheering for that i can tell ya. AC/DC was by far the best band there thy kicked sooooo much ass on stage, when they played Thunderstruck and shook me all night long i went nuts. I have the worst fregin sun burn on my arms, head and scelp it herts to move my eyebrows and i cant put my arms above my head.
Hell the entire Canadian Air force fleet showed up and did a sonic boom above our heads it was increadable.
I didn't go the the can the entire time i was there but i realy thought of it when AC/DC was playing and my cousin got slamed in the back of the head by some TP.
Other then the monsor sun-burn i had the time of my life and its great to know that I was part of History.

Sorry Jon, must've slipped my mind.

Ya there was a black chick behind us. She kinda spoiled the effect by screaming like a moron. Jason made some good jokes about that though

And i did forget about the jet, that was pretty cool too
