If Iran downed that drone by sending false GPS signals to trick it into thinking it was in Afghanistan, that's pretty impressive:

It would either mean that the drones don't use the military encrypted stream, that Iran has cracked it, or they've figured out how to resolve it at a level acceptable for flight (ie. like civilians eliminating S/A through post-processing).
