while the pool is diveable, apparently you have to buy a pass to use it, but not to worry, the beer store is accessable to everyone and it will cool you down.

I haven't looked into it yet. but if it came free there would we a slew of disgusting people in there. I mean you've seen how huge the complex is right? that would be hard to maintain with so many people, and all those peoples friends...

Yep. I know. I work at a pool store, and I've seen some pretty nasty water. The worst I've ever seen is water so green, you couldn't see through a 250ml beaker filled with it. ie a regular milk glass.
Remind me sometime to tell you guys the story about the slap and tickle place with a hot tub we fixed.....

BUT - they are required by law to have the pool balanced and sanitized, and if it ever gets cloudy, it's closed. Besides - we won't have air conditioning, and the pool might only be two bucks. You never know.

And I can safely dive in four feet of water, thankyou very much.

But public pools like that I don't like so chances are I would never go for a swim no matter how hot

you have to be a resident to buy a pass, so you're right: chances are you would never go for a swim no matter how hot.

Won't swim in a public pool eh? Will you swim in the lake? Drink water that isn't bottled? Observe the 5 second rule?
The people living in this complex are going to be just like us. I'm going to be swimming in that pool.

UPDATE:

The pool is dead. My father killed it with multiple loads of dirt.

Leave the bodies within it in peace ;)
