yes i admit that for programming i know like nothing im just starting to learn HTML, lol ya i would have to say my strengths are in hardwae and componet related stuff ya you hit the ball on that one for shure.

Been there. HTML is fun but man Javascript is a pain in da butt. As for the XP thing, mine will sometimes stall just opening a window in the explorer. Maybe I lack the power for XP but I dont think that it should take 512 megs of RAM (I have 576mb) That's too much for an opertaing system. I agree whole heartedly about my knowing less than most, scratch that, ALL people on the board, but I do have a passion for hating windows, so I feel free to throw in deriding comments about windows.

Don't belittle yourself, Homey V. These guides make it so that just about anyone can do it. Heck, if I can understand what they're talking about, I'd say the majority of our group can do it.

XP only needs 256 Ram,

linux only needs about 16megs of ram.
