Mission One - Gameplay

I am just going to stand there .. thinking .. god .. he is really stuupid.. he is going to get me killed.. but at least I might get some action....

Bendox - You attempt to bribe the guard.

The guard leans over the console and switches off several controls. "Ok, I can get you in but you have to cut us all in" he motions to the other guards in the room "50 credits each." The other 3 guards nod in agreement.


Rain - You stand there.


Liox - The entire corridor is now througly soaked and the sprinklers don't seem to be stopping, fortunantly there does not appear to be any kind of alarm that you can hear. You try to use the keypad on the lower device to shut down that generator.

The beam flickers and finally shuts down. You try the door controls but the room appears to be locked.

Your security is 2D+1, you roll 9

The door slides open and you step into the room, it closes behind you. The room is in shambles, tables and chairs are turned over, there are blaster burns in the walls, the metal floor grating is ripped up in several places revealing wires and piping underneath. This room clearly hasn't been lived in for days, you notice somthing on the ground infront of you and bend down to pick it up. It appears to be a badge, identical to the ones the security forces downstairs were wearing.


Vivian - You use the history function to recall the last information Liox had visited.

This is an easy computer program/repair roll, you have to beat a 3
You roll 6

The last thing that Liox visited appears to be a rental record for Jardon's appartment - you recognise the number, having been there before. You get in a lift and head to level 27, when the door opens you are immediatly showered with water, the entire corridor is being sprayed by some type of automatic sprinkler system, and you can't see any sign of Liox. As you head to Jardon's appartment, one of the doors near you opens and a short humanoid steps out.
"What in the name of Sigmas is going on out here"
she asks as the water pelts her in the face.

Hay Rain im a little short on cash, could you spare some?

I am going to try and persuade them to lower the price a bit.. say 35 each.. if they dont go for it .. i pay them what they want.. and give Bendox a look that says your paying for half of this...

Im going to grab the badge and examine it more closely and then more thouroughly search the room for anything that appears relevant.

I look at the women
"Mame thee is an emergence test of the fire supression system, just go back inside and leave this to station officals like myself."

I say all this well I continue to walk toward Jardon room, That way I appear to be a high and mighty station management type.

If I have enought move I want to join Liox in searching the room.
To Liox " Thanks for dictching me asshole! What exactly are you doing? If you would have even metioned this to me I would have told you I have already been here and looked around"

Rain and Bendox - You try to persuade the guards to take less money.

The guard looks at you as if considering what to say:
"We'll take 45 credits, but no less"

You hand over the money, 180 credits total, the guards look pretty happy, the two in the back start counting their money.
"He's in C block, right this way - but I'm afraid you'll have to leave your weapons at the desk, the security scanners can't be shut off, it would alert our supervisor."


Liox - The badge appears to be a standard issue security badge, plastic based outer covering with an adhesive pad on the back. As you examine the room you can see that most of the damage was clearly caused by two different incidents, someone ransacked the room after the initial struggle.


Vivian - The woman watches you continue down the hall toward Jardon's room. You enter and find Liox standing in the middle of the room holding what looks to be a security badge. The condition of the room is very different from when you were last in here, the place looks like it has been torn apart.

I turn back and glance at Vivian.

"Good to see you caught up. Find out anything useful from those guards? Also, any idea why this place would be so torn apart?"

Im going to then walk out and head towards the Security office.

To Liox : " Holy Shit! I was just in here before i met you and this place was not torn apart like this. Did you find anything that might indicate what happen? Jardon was suppost to be your contact, I was going to join him but when I got there he was no where to be foundand all I could find was the folder I gave you. This is a sure indication that my friend is in trouble we have to find him.
The gaurds were no help . They know something big but they wouldn't tell me, One said they would lose their job if the disscussed the issue so I left as not to incriminate myself."

I follow Liox out towards the Security office.

I hand them my guns and walk towards the cell... (god... this is sooo stupid)

I also hand over my guns

Rain and Bendox - You hand your weapons to the guard and he puts them in a storage bin under the computer terminal.
"Ok, follow me"
You step into the corridor farthest to the right, the walls are lined with doors on both sides. You stop at the one labeled C6 and the guard uses a keypad to open it.
"You get 5 minuites, and your conversation will be recorded" he points to what looks like some kind of video recorder mounted in one corner of the cell near the ceiling.
You both step inside and the door closes behind you. The cell is about nine feet square and contains only a cot and a bathroom alcove. A skinny Rodian is sitting on the cot, he gets up when you enter.
"Who are you? and what do you want?"


Vivian and Liox - You check the computer system and determine that the security office is on level 1. You take a lift and quickly arrive at your destination.
The room is medium sized, and a sign at the back says "Security Station 1". There are three sets of stairs at the back, leading to open doors, each of which seems to lead to a long corridor. There are three guards in the room, one at a large security computer of some type, and two close to the back which are holding what seem to be heavy repeating blasters. The guard at the station looks up at you:
"Visiting hours are over, you'll have to come back tomorrow"

Liox - In the third corridor some motion catches your eye and you catch a glimps of somone who looks like Rain, but he soon leaves your vision, leaving only a guard.

I approach the gaurd at the desk and smile politely.

"Excuse me sir. I am looking for two people, Jardon Pratter and Greng Bring, the latter being more important to me. Perhaps you could help me in locating either of these two men. Also, I'd like to know why one of the security guards of this station have been rooting around in Mr. Pratter's room and making a very large mess."

At this point I toss the badge at the guard and put my hand, very inconspicuously, by my lightsaber.

I look over to Rain.

Well..You know him, get the infoe we need.

I roll my perception to look around the station eg. looking for cameras, auto blasters and so forth.

Whispering to Liox "Remember I can fuck my way out of this you can't."
