Parents are putting on a BBQ with our church this Saturday. It's a potluck so bring a salad/side and you can stuff your face. Dad's spit-roasting a side of beef and one of his chickens. He's also deep frying one and I'm likely doing a redneck beer-butt chicken. To top it off, I'll also be doing a few racks of ribs. Most will be of the normal, smoked hickory variety but the Pathy's have declared "hot sauce war."
They stated my sauce last year was far too mild and that they believe I can't make a sauce that they'll find hot.
*cue bathroom music*
