I stand near Ilon, and see if he needs any help, or has any suggestions as to what to do next.

once again i am going to roll my perception and see if i can find out what is making the man tense (i.e. is there an environmental situation upsetting him) if Athena continues walking I will follow her watching our backs

I take the 3 items keeping the sleep inducer for my self and look one last time to see if i missed anything (aka data pad containing the CoreSec Security codes ) i look one last time around the room and walk the stuff down the hall to where the core is .. then look again for the data pad

Ah Garmen, I have gotten the core booted for you. I will leave this in your expert hands. Please report in to the rest of us when you are done. I will go and round up the others, so that we might bid a hasty retreat once your work is done.

This is Kylin to squad, Secondary Objective secured. Primary Objective is in good hands. Recomend that we re-group in the hanger bay and begin to make preperations to depart once our computer genius is finished his work.

Once I am done sending messages, I am going to make my way back up the the landing bay. I will inform anyone from my squad that "This leg of the mission is nearly complete" and that we are re-grouping in the docking bay.

I would also like to ask thouse I enounter for an update as to what has been going on since I have been in the vault.

When I reach the docking bay, I am going to ask R4 to being Pre-Flight checks on the X-Wing.

I start to make my way to the ship.

To Nagta "What do you make of the group which might be flying with us?
I don't think it is a good idea."

- Camon - You take a couple steps, and then stop. You heard something. something faint, but unmistakable. The sound of someone snoring. The noise is coming from the room closest to you. The door is open. You step closer to the door. The room beyond has three beds, and several nightstands with drawers in them. There is a man sleeping in the bed against the farthest wall.

- Ka - You stand next to Ilon, and try to determine if he needs any help or has any suggestions about the current situation. He is just standing there, seemingly thiking about his negotiations with the pirates. Your comm. Link activates, It's Kylin,

A moment later, Kylin walks past you on his way into the hanger, he asks you and Ilon for an update on what has happened.

- Nagta - You pay close attention to the man speaking with Ilon, trying to see what is making him tense. You note that he was not tense until Ilon named the price for a ride off this snowball, and his response about a lack of money. Maybe he's worried that his people won't get to leave after all. Athena continues toward the ship, and speaks to you,

What do you make of the group which might be flying with us?
I don't think it is a good idea.

You follow her, nobody is following you, except Kylin, who has emerged from the lift and is heading for the hanger as well. He approaches you and asks what has happened since you were separated.

- Rava - You pick up the three items. The gun and sleep inducer are very light. The life support system isn't light, or too heavy, but it has an awkward shape. You look around the room for the CorSec datapad, but all that's left are the tools on the benches. You head back down the hallway, lightsaber still lit, and the life support system under one arm. When you reach the vault you make one last check for the datapad, but it's nowhere to be found. Kylin has left the room, and Garmen and Cale are next to the data core.

- Kylin - You speak to Garmen and Cale,

Ah Garmen, I have gotten the core booted for you. I will leave this in your expert hands. Please report in to the rest of us when you are done. I will go and round up the others, so that we might bid a hasty retreat once your work is done.

Activating your comm. Link, you send a message to your entire group,

You turn back to Garmen and Cale,

You begin to head back to the hanger, on the way there, you see Ka, and Ilon next to the five men in the area of the lift. You ask for an update on the situation. When you reach the hanger, Athena and Nagta are already there. You also ask them about anything that has happened. From there you move closer to your X-Wing, and tell R4 to get to work on the pre-flight.

- Athena - You move toward the ship, speaking to Nagta as you walk,

What do you make of the group which might be flying with us?
I don't think it is a good idea.

A few moments later, Kylin approaches you and Nagta, asking about the situation.

- Ilon - You stand there thinking about the man's proposal. Do you leave them there, take the spice, take what money they have, or take his ship? Ka moves closer to you and inquires as to whether or not you need help, or have any suggestions. His comm. link activates, and you hear Kylin giving everyone an update. A minute later he walks by toward the hanger.

- Cale - You stand next to Garmen, who's almost giddy with excitement as he inspects the datacore. Kylin speaks to both of you,

He then speaks on his comm. Link, and turns once again to you and Garmen,

And then he walks away. Rava enters the room carrying several objects.

- Garmen - You look over the data core, ignoring everything else. Kylin speaks a few times, and then leaves the room. After a minute of inspection you see that the data is heavily encrypted, and will require some top-notch slicing to download.

Sorry about the lack of posting, I was away for the weekend

Garmen looks over the core and eagerly sits down and plugs sellia into it. Disappearing into a world of his own, he begins to slice to retrieve the info.

to Athena: I think something scares them that they want to leave badly. Leave them or take them I care not

to Kylin: I simply grunt and point haphazardly at the the men who are talking behind us.

I head back to the hanger with our new stuff.. if I see Ilon i will tell him i have something for him .. if i dont i keep walking till i find out ship and if i see Kylin I ask him if he found the data pad..

Kylin. I probably should have informed you of this before now, but I wasn't sure how much you knew already. According to our new friends here, there are potentially some slavers in a Corellian Support Frigate waiting for us out there once we leave this rock. There's a droid on the top level that supposedly contains information about that ship. Garmen briefly had a chance to look at it earlier. It seems that the power cell is fried, and needs replacement. There's a power cell on a welder nearby that might work, with some modification. Perhaps someone with those skills could have a look at the droid and save Garmen some time later. That is, if you feel it's necessary. Just giving you a heads up

I will then keep an eye on Garmen, to protect him and possibly lend him aid.

I peek my head itno the doorway and peer through the darkness to see who or what is in the room. The load snoring is very disturbing so I continue down the hallway again investigating everything.

I look at the leader as if considering.
"From what I've seen of it the Dianoga seems like a fine ship, I'd be happy to take it in trade. I think we've got a deal..."
I stick out me hand to shake on it.
"The only trick now will be avoiding any pirate entanglements along the way"
After listening to the comm message I turn back to the man
"Sounds like things are well in hand, If you want I can show you to the ship and your men can start packing your supplies"

I activate my comm
"Sounds good Ky, apparently the current residents are looking to move to more luxurious accomidations so I'm going to give them a lift back to Corellia in the spray. We're on our way back to the docking bay now"

I turn towards the bay and wait for the man to follow me before entering.

I am going to make sure that my fighter is ready to go at a moments notice and prepare to depart

I am going to recomened to Athena and Nagta do the same.

To Nagta " I still don't think it is a good idea. I mean something happened last time we were flying. It just doesn't feel right. I think we should wait here for the others."

I wait.

- Garmen - You sit down and plug Sellia into the data core. The screen on your datapad changes to a command screen with several pre-programmed slicing functions. You choose the function that is most relevant and begin to work. The core is heavily encrypted, and it will be very difficult to download the required data. Failure will result in the activation of additional safeguards.
Your computer programming skill is 6D+1, and Sellia gives you a 2D bonus. You must beat a difficulty of 25. You get 29.
After several minutes of bypassing and avoiding syestem security, you get full access to the core, and manage to find what you are looking for: the decryption algorythms for the Coruscant sensor net. You quickly download all of the pertinant data onto your datapad. It's a fairly small file, but is very valuable to the Alliance's efforts.

- Nagta - You speak to Athena as you continue to follow her,

As you walk away, you grunt and point out the men to Kylin. Kylin suggests to you and Athena that you prepare to leave as quickly as possible, and then moves over to his X-Wing. You see Ilon and several of the strangers coming into the hanger. Athena speaks to you,

She stands there waiting.

- Rava - You head back to the hanger, leaving Cale and Garmen in the vault to deal with the core. You emerge from the lift to see Ilon and some of the strangers heading into the hanger. Several of the men have gone down the long hall adjacent to the hanger. You Stop Ilon at the door and tell him that you have something for him. You see Kylin next to his X-Wing, so you call to him, asking if he's found the datapad. Athena and Nagta are also in the hanger.

- Cale - You pick up the comm link that Kylin left laying around after his search. You adjust it to the group frequency, and speak into it,

You watch Garmen as he works, checking to see if he needs help, and generally watching his six.

- Camon - You look into the room. The light shining through the door shows a man sleeping on the bed against the far wall. You decide not to disturb him and continue down the hallway. You see that the doors of many of the rooms are opened, and most show signs of damage from blaster fire. You check out the open rooms as you walk past. They are all roughly the same, and have 2 or 3 beds and storage units. There is no one in any of the other rooms. The ceiling at the end of the hall has caved in, and you can see up to the second level. You round the corner and find a large doorway that leads to an open chamber. You can see an open door to the hanger on your left. You hear the sound of excited people behind you. The smell of food is very strong, coming from an open door just to your left, and in front of you.

- Ilon - You look at the man you're negotiating with,

From what I've seen of it the Dianoga seems like a fine ship, I'd be happy to take it in trade. I think we've got a deal...

You extend your hand, and he takes it,

Once we arrive at a safe port, the ship is yours.

You speak again,

A second later Ilon's voice come's through,

A second later you see him and two men at the door to the hanger, and Rava is right behind them. Rava speaks to Ilon, an then calls to you,asking if you've found the datapad.

- Athena - You turn and speak to Nagta,

And you wait.

- Ka - Ilon and Rava have walked past you and into the hanger. You head that way as well, but you note that two men have descended the ropes and are now going down the hallway to the right. You go into the hanger as well.
