Re: Paintball Stores / Websites
I just picked up a remote line from Flasc paintball today here in Ingersoll. They have a mostly online presence but you can buy online and pickup in person to save on shipping. The guy has a nice little store in the basement of his house. The remote line looks fantastic too and was a decent deal at ...

Re: Spyder Ultralight (in progress)
So I had a chance to try it out with the mini barrel tonight. The 4oz tank Bob lent me unfortunately wasn't up to the task due to a blown burst disc.
The barrel is okay. Not as bad as I thought it would be really but I was left wanting for just a little more accuracy. Bob and I both shot at the ...

Re: Point Zero Model 83
Damn I was hoping you wouldn't need that part for the RAP4 cartridge adapter but it looks like you will. I'm having a hell of a time finding an adapter that has the detent for a tank. Lots of ones that dont though for things like gas through grips, etc. If that little adapter fits my gun maybe I ...

Re: Point Zero Model 83
Since its a stacked tube copy its most likely Spyder threads, and a lot of Spyder parts will just pop right in there for the internals. The basic Spyder design has been copied by almost everyone and hasn't changed much. You're welcome to try my 3.5 inch Spyder barrel in it next time we meet up just ...

Re: Spyder Ultralight (in progress)
Those little cylinders look really cool. Probably too small for my uses though. I tend to use a lot of paint and if this barrel is inacurrate then I'm going to make up for that with lots of paint.

Re: Spyder Ultralight (in progress)
Well I have my donor gun. A $40 Spyder MR1 I picked up off Kijiji. It was the MR1 sniper kit that came with the factory 16" barrel. I've put the long barrel on the MR2 for now. No idea if its any good. It seems absurdly long.

That camera doesn't do bad at all at 1080p. Impressive.

Ask me about cars
I'll take any questions about car buying advice, troubleshooting, repairs, where to find cheap parts, etc in this thread. I'm not any sort of certified mechanic but I've owned/serviced a hell of a lot of cars from american to european and I've dealt with just about every problem they can have. I ...

Re: KTPPG Bunker Building - Thursday August 4th
It's funny, from this picture it just looks like the door is leaning up against a bunch of random stuff. But it's actually very well integrated and quite nailed on there.
Yes except for the base, because I ran out of long screws.

Re: Fire Teams Rule Adjustments
Here's an idea: Since the marshall is usually armed with the pistol we could add a rule that after two minutes the marshall can shoot anyone they see camping unless they get up and start hustling. Shooting back at the marshall is an instant out. Basically after two minutes the marshall ...

Re: KTPPG Bunker Building - Thursday August 4th
Terrible picture but this is the new VIP hiding spot I built from Jon's car door. It has a nice tinted window to look through, slats that cant be fired out of but that paintballs might fit through, and a decent platform to hide behind on the other side.

...but I think I would still get a pre-made pistol for this purpose.
I thought about this but none of the pistols I could find can be easily setup for a vertical tank, which is a big plus for me as it doubles as a front grip and keeps the weight centered. The pistols also don't ...

Spyder Ultralight (in progress)
My Spyder MR2 has been a fantastic gun to play with this summer but during some of the faster paced close combat rounds in the kiln area I've been feeling like the weight and size is holding me back from running around. The dynamic of having a fill station right on site has also changed things for ...
